General Qualifications are one or more of the following:
• 65 years old or permanently disabled ~ not service connected
• Require regular assistance from another to perform everyday functions and activities
• Legally blind or severe sight impairment
• Homebound, Bedridden or need help to adjust to special prosthetic or orthopedic devices
• Have a physical or mental injury or illness that requires regular assistance for protection from hazards/dangers in daily living environment.
